Fatima had just returned from Tanzania and Scott had the ring and plans to propose already. Usually every anniversay (April 1), they go to Enzo's on the lake for dinner. Thats the only time throughout the year that they go there. Scott wanted to propose there so he needed an excuse to go there since it was in the middle of summer, not April. So he had a coworker message him and tell him that he won a raffle at work and the prize was a gift card to Enzo's on the lake. He showed Fatima and acted all surprised and excited. So on June 27, he took her out by the lake and started off by telling her he had talked to her whole family about proposing. He proposed outside by the lake at sunset. They spent that whole weekend celebrating.
