Scott and Fatima had many mutual friends. In January 2010, at an event that took place at Universal Studios Rising Star Karaoke bar is where they first met. Fatima’s friend really wanted to go up and sing and convinced Fatima to up there and sing with her. They sang “Just Dance” by Lady Gaga and when they walked back up, Scott told Fatima that she did a great job. That was their first meeting, however Fatima doesn’t remember meeting him that night. She remembers knowing of him but never meeting him. In February of that year, Fatima held a fundraising event and Scott messaged her for the address and time of the event and that is where she thought she met him. Now it’s almost seven years later and they are getting married and looking forward to their future together.
