On November 18, 2011 we shared a once in a lifetime moment with family and friends. This is the day you accepted my invitation to create our life together, and everything changed for me. My priorities changed and my focus shifted to husband and father mode. I've always tried to keep you and my boys at the forefront of my thoughts, but once I took that knee and placed the ring on your beautiful hand, I realized my life had just gotten better and it will never be the same. You've helped me to grow spiritually, mentally, and physically. I have to pray harder for wisdom, study more for knowledge, workout more & eat better to look my best and feel my best. Zig Ziglar says " If you go out looking for friends, you will find them scarce, but if you go out to be a friend you will find them every where". Love, my main focus and purpose of our relationship has and always will be to help our family become the best we can be. Although I came in the relationship feeling like I had to be "superman" and save the family, I've now realized I can just be Clark Kent and have my Lois. Looking to save you, and you saved me! Thank you for loving me in the valley, as I carry our family to the mountain top!

Your Love, Support and Your "Security" 

As a little girl, I dreamed and fantasized about my wedding day. Hoping and praying for this and that. Planning to have it this or that way. I remember wanting a huge wedding with all the luxurious things that come with one. When I fell in love with Donald (Security as I call him) all the dreams of a fantasy day were placed on the back burner and the reality of simply having and loving a husband and our future took presedence. As I think back, I don't really recall dreaming about a husband, just a wedding. I must say now that I have the man of my prayers! I've realized it is not about a big wedding day, but about the love, bond, and the spiritual connection; nothing can compare. Through all the tests and trials, we've made it to a point where we will now become one. I must say to "My Love" thank you for being obedient. You've helped me to see things from a different perspective and I thank God for placing you in the lives of myself and the boys! 

Proverbs 18:22 He who finds a wife, finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord... I believe this scripture to be true for not only a man but also a woman finding a husband.
